Paul is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Americas-based technical support team's operational activities, including supporting the regional and global sales managers, performing customer evaluations, leading and participating in technical and engineering meetings, and conducting training sessions. In addition, he continues to provide technical assistance to hundreds of companies each year. Paul has over 20 years of experience in the solder-related industry. He holds six US patents, including InFORMS (reinforced solder preforms) and InTEGRATED Preforms (linked solder preforms), which have unique uses in the industry. He has written and published several articles.
